Roaster for a day workshop
(We will spend the day with a local roaster, and you will get to see at first hand what a day to day for a coffee roaster looks like. The workshop starts by you being given your ”roasting kit”:
1.5kg of parchment coffee
Roasting log sheets,
Green grading sheets,
Flavours and aroma wheel
We then set out to design our own roasting plan and then execute it.)
