Colombia -- Veracruz - Cup profile: Tropical, Juicy pear and honeycomb.
Round mouthfeel, raisin acidity, and creamy finish.
Costa Rica -- Turrialba - Cup profile: Candied apple, young figs, and grape. Light bodied, with a juicy mouthfeel, and lingering finish
Vietnam -- Dung K'no - Cup Profile: Mirabelles plum, tangor, red fruit. Full bodied and mild citric acidity with cocoa and savory coffee cherry flavors.
Ethiopia -- Yirgacheffe - Cup profile: Strawberry candy floss, stewed apricot, dark toffee. Full body, creamy mouthfeel, and delicate acidity.
